Bell's Chapel Cemetery Association, Inc. is a 501(c)13 tax-exempt organization founded to manage the Bell's Chapel Cemetery in Ellis County, Texas, an historic, non-perpetual care, private cemetery founded in 1875.  Its purpose is the operating care, beautification and improvement of the cemetery in accordance with the wishes of its donors and Texas law.  Members have family interred in the cemetery and support the maintenance of the cemetery with their tax-deductible financial donations

 

 

Annual Decoration Day is held the Last Sunday in April each year at the cemetery.  Please join us at 2:15 on Sunday, April 28, 2024 for our next Annual Meeting and to honor our ancestors who are interred here.

 

We need new volunteer board members and officers to ensure the ongoing administratin of this 1875 pioneer cemetery.  If you are interested in serving on the Board of Directors of Bell's Chapel Cemetery
